|Self-care is a critical practice for all practitioners. It is a deliberate act that protects your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Staying Connected and Protected will provide participants with opportunities to develop a self-care plan as it relates to their current role. It will focus on personal accountability, professional boundaries and staying connected to purpose.
