DCP would like to extend an invitation to participate in the Practice Approach MS Teams Workplace Learning over the month of March.
March's workplace learning topic is Practice Learnings – Transition Planning.
Sessions will include information about transitioning between placements, transitioning home as part of reunification processes and transitioning from care. Particular emphasis will be placed on engaging and supporting children and young people. DCP Psychological Services Manager Michelle Tonkin-Smith and Senior Clinical Psychologist Cecily Young will be presenting.
The content is the same across the sessions, so please only participate in one session.
